How To Replace TC Style DNAM
Tools You Will Need:

Start by opening the front drawer of the profile just like below.

STEP One:
Remove all cables from the distribution panel.
If you have the optional wheelbase attached to this profile
please see Appendix A before continuing!
STEP Two:
Unplug all power cables at the base of
the profile.

STEP Three:
Remove the three plastic nut tops exposing the screws beneath.
NOTE: These are plastic caps, not
bolts, do not use tools on them, just
pull them off very carefully.
STEP Four:
After removing the plastic nut caps,
remove the three bolts using the
7mm Hex Socket.

STEP Five:
Remove the three screws on the right
hand leg using the T20 Torx Driver.
STEP Six:
After the screws have been removed
you can now remove the silver cover
on the leg.
From the back of the profile, pull the
silver leg covering towards you as far
back as you can. Insert the Flathead
Screwdriver between the black metal
frame and the inside of the silver covering.
You should now be able to pry the silver cover towards you until the screw
studs on the back of the silver cover
pop out of their holes, then pull the
silver cover out towards the front of
the profile.

STEP Seven:
Remove the four screws on the back
protection plate of the DNAM.
STEP Eight:
Lay the plate down, keep the small
metal spacers on the bottom of the
plate.

STEP Nine:
Move around to the front of the profile, in the bottom drawer remove the
three screws at the base by the power
sockets.
STEP Ten:
Move around the back of the profile,
you should now be able to slide the
DNAM out slightly.
Remove the RCA cable.
DO NOT PULL out the DNAM yet as
there is a cable still attached to the
side of the DNAM.

STEP Eleven:
With the DNAM slightly pulled out the
back of the profile, you should see the
audio cable still connected on the
right side. You will need to look at the
bottom right hole.
Remove the cable by using a small
flathead screwdriver thru this small
hole.
STEP Twelve:
You can now remove the whole
DNAM assembly from the back of the
profile.

STEP Thirteen:
With a small flathead screwdriver pry
the five receptacle power strip out of
the DNAM.
The power strip is plastic, it is not attached to anything, simply glued into
a hole on the DNAM.
STEP Fourteen:
With the plastic power strip removed
from the defective DNAM, move the
power strip to the new DNAM in the
same hole.
You can now insert the new DNAM
back into the profile.
Follow the directions in reverse to finish installing the new DNAM into the
profile.

APPENDIX — A
Disassemble & Re-assemble Profile With Wheelbase
STEP One:
Lift the door on the top of the profile, unplug the HDMI & Camera Control cables from the camera and remove the camera
from the profile.
STEP Two:
Remove the front speaker grill by just pulling straight off.
STEP Three:
Remove the two screws holding the display to the mounting
stems.
STEP Four:
With a partner lift the display straight off the profile base while
pulling the HDMI & Camera Control cables out from the bottom of the display.
STEP Five:
With the display removed, tilt the
profile base & wheelbase onto it’s
side.
STEP Six:
Remove the four screws holding the
wheelbase onto the profile base.
You may now refer back to page two,
step two to continue.
When you have completed the
DNAM replacement reverse these
directions to re-assemble the entire
profile.
