Side Steps
®
3” Wheel-To-Wheel Side Steps
Designed to complement the look of longer wheelbase trucks,
the Wheel-To-Wheel side steps fit wheel opening to wheel
opening and feature additional step areas for easy bed access.
These steps are available in a polished, marine-grade stainless
steel or E-coated mild steel with tough black powder-coated
finish. All side steps feature U.V. resistant step pads that will not
fade or crack. Each kit is engineered for easy, bolt-on
installation for most applications.

Tool Box Features:
Lid Design
The TrailFX lid has two layers of aluminum and a higher
density foam fill than any of the competitive boxes on the
market. These features make the TrailFX lid the strongest,
most rigid lid available while adding both strength and
security for the life of the unit.
Body Design
The body of the TrailFX box also features fully welded TIG
seams, .060 Aluminum, and the built-in small parts storage
bin, which is a patented feature.. The built-in small parts
storage bin adds strength to the end of the box. Others in
the industry tack weld in additional pieces of metal to
accomplish a similar result with inferior strength. TrailFX does
not compromise!
Latching System
The TrailFX latching system features
a high-quality stainless steel latch for lasting durability
and convenience. The patented up-and-over rod does not
hinder the working space of the box and keeps the rod out
of harm’s way, prolonging the life of the latching system.
The double-bitted steel keys make locking and unlocking
the box easy in all conditions.
Tray
The TrailFX tray is a great accessory to the box, providing
removable storage space for small items. The removable
feature and deep pockets allow users to transport
small items.
Shocks
The TrailFX box features easy one-hand entry
through the use of a self-opening shock.

• Determine the bolt pattern needed
Note: When measuring a 5-bolt circle, measure the diameter of the circle as shown above in red or from the center of the hole to
the center of a bolt (green arrow) and double that length. When measuring for even numbered bolt circles, measure the distance
from the center of the bolts/holes that are directly opposing one another and the furthest apart as indicated above.

Drop Axle Measurements:
Step 1: Select your axle
• Determine the weight capacity and the lubrication you need
• Determine the Hub-Face to Hub-Face measurement you need (See diagram below)

Hub-Face to Hub-Face
Step 2: Select your hub assembly
• Determine the bolt pattern needed
Note: When measuring a 5-bolt circle, measure the diameter of the circle as shown above in red or from the center of the hole to
the center of a bolt (green arrow) and double that length. When measuring for even numbered bolt circles, measure the distance
from the center of the bolts/holes that are directly opposing one another and the furthest apart as indicated above.
Step 3: Select your brake assembly
(when using Idler Hubs, skip this step)
• Choose from three popular sizes: 10” x 2.25”, 12” x 2”, or 12.25” x 3.375”
• Choose your left and right brake assemblies and your corresponding install kit

Torsion Axle Details
Torsion Axles absorb shock; offer a smoother
ride and a more enjoyable towing experience!

Torsion axles employ specified start angles on an arm to which the spindle is attached. As the trailer moves up and down,
movement is transferred to the steel bar inside the axle beam. Rather than leaf spring suspension, rubber inside the axle
beam that surrounds the steel bar absorbs shock yielding a much smoother ride and easier towing.
Torsion axles are available as a special order item.

EQUA-FLEX™ is a rubber cushioned equalizer for replacement of the standard rigid equalizer
used with double eye leaf spring suspensions on light axles up to 8000 lbs. The unique design
does not require any special mounting systems to the trailer frame because it bolts into the
industry standard suspension hangers in direct replacement of the rigid equalizer. In addition
it allows the same rotation as the standard rigid equalizer enabling EQUA-FLEX the same
equalization of the loads capability. Rubber cushions are shielded from sun light and under
pressure which allows the system to absorb road shock like a sponge and prevent deterioration
thus facilitating a longer life expectancy. These benefits set it apart from other rubber suspension
products found on the market today.

Road shock should be absorbed by your suspension, not transferred to your precious cargo.
This system was formulated to absorb road vibrations and protect your cargo. It also helps
reduce fore to aft trailer movement, otherwise known as, “chucking.” The rougher the
road conditions, the better the system performs. Relax and enjoy the ride!
