2006 yılında Çanakkale'de Kutlay ÜNLÜ (İTÜ DEN. FAK.1999 Güverte) ve Sinan APAYDIN (İnşaat Mühendisi) tarafından o esnada Çanakkale’de ikamet etmeleri ve tüzel
işlemlerde Çanakkale’de olmalarının kendilerine kolaylık sağlayacağı düşüncesi ile kurulmuştur.
Çanakkale de denizcilik firmalarına ve bu firmalara ait tekne/gemilere hizmet alanında görmüş oldukları eksikliği iyi değerlendirmiş ve çalışmalarını bu yönde
yoğunlaştırmışlardır. Bu dönemde Çanakkale bölgesinde çalışan ve boğazdan transit geçiş yapan gemilere, notik yayın, harita ve seyir malzemesi temini işlerini üstlenerek kısa
zamanda tanınan bir firma haline gelmiştir.
2007 yılında İdeal teknoloji - i-Marine Deniz Teknolojileri firmasından i-ais KLAS B marka/model ürünün Çanakkale ve İstanbul bölge bayilikleri alınarak deniz elektroniği
alanına giriş yapmıştır. Bu alanda başarılı geçen 2008, 2009, 2010 yıllarında İstanbul Şube açılmış, bölge bayiliği görevlerinde yakalamış olduğu yüksek satış rakamları ve
müşteri memnuniyeti ile distribütörlük almış, çeşitli bölgelerde bayii anlaşmaları yapmıştır. Müşteri ilişkilerini iyi yöneterek portföyüne bir çok yeni müşteri eklemiştir.
Müşteri portföyündeki artış YDDO firmasını yeni elektronik cihazlar için bayilikler almaya yönlendirmiş ve bu konuda bir çok elektronik firmanın bayiliğini almıştır. Bu sayede
oluşabilecek tüm ihtiyaçlara anında ve hızlı çözümler üretebilmiştir.
YDDO, kuruluşundan bu yana hızla büyüyen sektöre dinamik çözümler üretebilen bir firma kimliğiyle artık yeni inşaa tekne/gemi donatımı, hali hazırda çalışan tüm gemilere
güverte A'dan Z'ye tüm malzemeler ile donatabilmekte ve yaygın servis ağıyla kaliteli hizmet sunabilmektedir.
Müşavirlik hizmetleri ile teknelerin her türlü evrak işlemlerinin yapılması ve sefere hazır hale getirilmesi hizmetleri ile de danışmanlık hizmetlerini yürütmektedir. Firmamız
denizcilik konusunda deneyimli kadrosu ile Çanakkale (Şube), İstanbul (Merkez) ve İzmir (şube) şehirlerinde olmak üzere üç ofisten hizmetlerine, taşeronları ve yetkili
bayiileri ile devam etmektedir.
Firmamız son olarak; 2011 yılında tüm ticari gemilerde kullanılması zorunlu hale getirilecek olan BNWAS ürünü ile alakalı olarak Danimarka Menşeli Uni-Elec Firmasından
almış olduğu BNWAS Yetkili Bayiiliği ile de artık Armatör firmalar arasında da adından söz ettirecektir.
