法人ユーザーでリース期間契約切れなどから次の導入を予定している ② 長らく IT 投資を抑制してきたが、プリンタ/MFP 導入では忍耐の限界に近づいてきた ③ 上記を背景に、レーザープリンタのカラー化、PPC の MFP 化、カラー化、サーバ化などが需 要を刺激、後押ししている ④ ③の流れを背景として全体的に PV 増加による収益性向上がみられる などが挙げられる。 また、本体の売上上では伸びていなくとも、④のように PV が増加し、消耗品/サポート事業売上と しては伸びているというメーカー/ベンダーが少なくない。 さらに、相次ぐプリンタ/MFP メーカーの再編、コンピュータメーカーのプリンタ事業切り 離しの影響を受けて販売チャネル勢力図も大激変中であるといえる。そうした中にあって、
