The following guidelines will be followed to qualify associates for the Manhattan Life
Group’s Wheel of Fortune Sales Contest.
1.
The contest period will be from May 1, 2016 to June 30, 2016. Only paid sales
during the qualification period will count for contest qualification.
2.
All life and health sales count except Cancer CP4000, which has it’s own year
long sales contest.
3.
Guaranteed Issue products count at 50% credit.
4.
Call Centers are not included in this contest.
5.
Only actively contracted and producing associates in good standing at the time
the bonus is paid will receive the bonus.
6.
Business written on an associates own life or on immediate family members
will not be eligible for qualification for the contest. Immediate family members
include spouse, mother, father, brother, sister, mother-in-law, father-in-law,
brother-in-law, sister-in-law, and children without prior approval by the
Company.
7.
Production credit is not transferable among associates or agency managers.
8.
Multiple associate qualifications are not allowed.
9.
A minimum portfolio persistency of 85% is required.
10. Any exceptions to the above guidelines or special requests must be approved by
the Director of Marketing of the Company.
