Lunch during the conference. For a $4000 Lunch Sponsorship, you would receive the following:

Full page ad in the Program
•
Recognition on ASTA Website
•
¼ page ad in 4 issues of the ASTA E-News throughout 2017
•
1/2 page ad in the Winter and Summer ASTA Science Times which is a printed and online
circular that is sent to all members and education leaders in Arizona
3. Lunch for pre-conference workshops. For a $2000 Lunch Sponsorship, you would receive the
following:

Recognition of sponsorship in printed program and online program
•
Recognized during the lunch - opportunity for you to greet the members at the workshops
•
Full page ad in the Program
•
Recognition on ASTA Website
•
1/2 page ad in the Winter ASTA Science Times which is a printed and online circular that
is sent to all members and education leaders in Arizona
3. Teacher of the Year Award - $125/award ($25 for the plaque and a $100 gift certificate to the
awardee):

Recognition of sponsorship in printed program, online program, & Teacher of the Year
Awardee page on the ASTA website

Recognized during the Conference Luncheon-opportunity for you to hand out the award to
the winner
•
1/4 page ad in the Program & 1/4 page ad in the Winter or Summer ASTA Science Times
which is a printed and online circular that is sent to all members and education leaders in
Arizona
NOTE: Ads for the printed conference program need to be sent to ASTA, astaexecdir@gmail.com by
October 1, 2015.
The ad for the conference program should be in black/white. The ad for the
Science Times can be in color. The copy should be submitted as a 300 dpi, camera-ready digital file.
Acceptable formats include PDF, TIFF, GIF, or JPEG.
