General Class Contract – Please Read Carefully!

A non-refundable registration fee of $75 is due upon signing of this contract.
Tuition may be paid by cash, check, or credit/debit card. If a check is returned for insufficient funds, you will be charged a fee of $35 and must
pay by cash or credit/debit card only.
3. On-Going class fees are due on or before the first scheduled class of each month. THERE ARE NO CREDITS OR REFUNDS FOR MISSED
CLASSES.
4. Alternative payment schedules can be arranged, but only after meeting with the Office.
5. If you need to discontinue an On-Going Monthly class for a month or longer you must notify the office no later than the last class of the
current month or you will be charged a cancellation fee of $75. This cancellation fee must be paid before you can return to class.
6. Special Class/ Workshop/ Intensive fees and deposits are due before the first class. Specific payment dates will be scheduled. Commitment is
for the duration of the session. There are no credits or refunds for missed classes. Some workshops require a separate signed participant
agreement.
7. If you discontinue any class before the ending date of the session, you forfeit your fee.
8. The use of cell phones and recording devices (including cameras) is strictly prohibited during class.
9. By signing, you agree that you are voluntarily participating in classes and assume all risks of injury to yourself and acknowledge that it is
your responsibility to decide whether you are physically fit for participation.
10. You further agree to allow TSS to use your likeness from photographs or video taken during your participation for promotional purposes.
11. Finally, you agree to comply with all Rules and Regulations provided and acknowledge that you may be terminated or removed from
classes upon your disregard of them.
