Dear families,
Ice Hockey Match
Following a meeting with the community team for the Sheffield Steelers we have been invited
to attend a match on Sunday 13th March 2016. The tickets are free of charge but we would
need to charge £10 per child for the bus and some sweets, a snack and a drink. No further
spending money will be required as we cannot supervise children at the refreshment kiosks or
merchandise stands. (Children should eat before coming to the event.) We will also enter the
children in a special game where they can win prizes in a ‘chuck a puck’ game during the
interval. Children would need to meet us at school for 4.00pm (the game begins at
5.00pm) and we would be back at school for 8.00pm. This is totally optional (we
understand that it is a late finish) There are enough tickets for 70 pupils so please return the
form and payment by Friday 26th February 2016 if you would like your child to attend. If we
haven’t received the reply by then the places will be offered to our Y2 children closer to the
event.
