Following a meeting with Marc Lidderth and your colleagues on 12th December 2016 at you Fradley
Office, please find attached our amended application.
The revised submission provides additional information discussed at the meeting and answers the
actions as detailed in Marc’s correspondence dated 16th December 2016.
As you are aware, Dunton Environmental operated the site initially under a Mobile Treatment
Licence and agreed site specific Deployment Form. However, given that operations are to continue
over a number of years the Environment Agency requires a site based Environmental Permit
Application. In preparing the application we have taken the view to extend the waste types to be
accepted, not least to hopefully cover the application fee and subsistence fee, which are
considerably more than currently.
