KIDS RESALE CONTRACT – SPRING 2015

PRICE FOR 10 ft. X 6 ft. RENTAL SPACE:
NOECPTA Members $20.00 per space
Non-Members/Public $25.00 per space
*Purchase a second space for an entry into our $25 Gift Card Raffle!
(Drawing to be held Friday during set-up.)
TABLE RENTAL: Sellers are welcome to provide their own table & chair. Rental is available
for only $8.00 (includes 1 chair and choice of 6ft or 8ft table).
SALE ITEMS: Gently used infant, toddler, children & maternity clothing, shoes, books, toys,
games, furniture, and miscellaneous items.
PRICING: You price and sell your own items.
SET-UP: Friday, September 25th, 2015 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM ONLY.
*We suggest that you bring something to cover your items after set-up.
PACK UP: Please refrain from packing up until 12:01 PM on Saturday.
RESALE ADMISSION:
8:00 AM to 9:00 AM $3.00
9:00 AM to 12:00 PM $1.00
(Sellers and sale volunteers are exempt with proper identification.)







RESALE RULES
There will be NO refunds.
Returned checks will result in a $15 Overdraft Fee.
Each Seller will receive 2 wristbands (1 for Seller & 1 for Helper) to be worn on
Saturday. Please wear your wristbands for the duration of the sale. Without a wristband,
admission will be charged.
Area set up will be on Friday, September 25th, 2015 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM ONLY!!
Please allow yourself plenty of time for set up.
Sellers are only permitted to sell at the area(s) paid for. Be courteous to other sellers and
DO NOT take up excess room! Encroaching on an empty area will result in a $15 fee.
Vendors are welcome! Only ONE representative per company will be accepted.
Large Items Area -This area will be reserved for furniture, strollers, highchairs, bikes,
and other large toys! All smaller items and toys should be kept in your own space. Buyers
will come to you for payment.
*Drop-side crib sales are not permitted in Ohio and within the resale.
*Sellers may bring in UP TO 3 Large Items ONLY for placement here. You must print and
complete the Large Item Form(s) needed to attach to your item(s). Space may be limited.
*Large Items will be placed on a first-come, first serve basis.
*We reserve the right to refuse items into this area.
