Please keep a list of all SIPs invited to attend your region seminar.
Check List
 Determine SIP success strategy from “Top 10 List” or create another strategy
 Create SIP invitation list
 Email SIP participation form to invited SIPs with brief explanation of success strategy expectations
 Follow up with non-respondents
 Provide seminar details (date, times, location, agenda) to confirmed SIPs
 Provide evaluation form
 Send thank you notes
 Provide FSNA with completed participation forms (lgrooms@floridaschoolnutrition.org)
