Registration fees include access to all lectures, conducting sessions, course materials, music
scores, choir rehearsals, August 9th Reception, Maxim Berezovsky Lecture, Post Concert
Glow, August 18th.

3. Accommodations at St. John’s Institute
If you require accommodations at St. John’s Institute, please complete the Short Term Booking
Accommodations Form and deal with the Institute directly. The Institute accepts payment by
credit card.
Accommodations are “dorm-style” and include a bed, desk, closet, high speed internet. Bedding and
towels are provided. Participants should bring personal toiletries, hair dryers, etc.
Guests are responsible for keeping their rooms tidy throughout their stay. Sheets and pillow cases can be
washed in our coin laundry machines on the main floor.
The price per person is $70/night + hotel tax + GST = $75.10/night/person. This means a 10-night
stay would be $751 including all taxes, etc.
Room rates include 3 home-made meals per day, as well as snacks and beverages 24 hours/day.
In order to secure your place at St. John’s Institute they will require a $150.00 non-refundable deposit,
paid by either Visa or Master Card. This is a secured (SSL) page and is safe to submit your credit card
information. If you are concerned about security, leave the credit card details blank and phone them with
your information.
Seminar participants are responsible for the St. John’s Institute damage deposit in the
amount of $150, which will be refunded when you vacate your room.

4. Payment
Payment must accompany registration and be received by May 15, 2013 to be eligible for
the Early-bird rate. Regular rates apply after May 15, 2013.
Payment Information: Seminar Registration forms must be accompanied by full payment in
order to be processed.
Payment must be in Canadian dollars. Cheque for Ukrainian Choral Conductors’ Seminar
payable to:

DETAILED PROGRAM INFORMATION, SCHEDULE AND MUSIC REPERTOIRE WILL
BE SENT VIA E-MAIL. PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUESTED TO BRING A HARD COPY
OF ALL MATERIALS TO THE SEMINAR. DUE TO LIMITED TIME, IT IS NECESSARY
TO REVIEW AND BECOME FAMILIAR WITH ALL REPERTOIRE, INCLUDING VOCAL
PARTS, PRIOR TO THE ONSET OF THE SEMINAR AS NO TIME WILL BE ALLOTTED
TO DO THIS DURING THE COURSE OF THE SEMINAR.
