Using PE and sport to raise achievement
• Participation in sport can improve a huge range of
positive attitudes, attributes and skills
• Participation in sport will improve skill and health /wellbeing outcomes but only 10% of young people will
transfer these gains into measureable school achievement

delivery of PE and sport in primary schools.

schools across England.
