Sponsored Bounce
Our Sponsored Bounce will take place
during school, on Thursday 28th April 2016.
This is a great way for the children to be
involved in raising valuable funds for the
school, whilst keeping fit and having fun! It
has already proved to be a popular event
at many other primary schools.
A bouncy castle will be set up at school for the day and will be supervised by
parent helpers, who will count how many bounces each pupil can do in one
minute. The children will bounce in groups of 3 or 4. Please let us know if you can
help count bounces for an hour on the day, by speaking to a PTA member or
emailing westlintonparents@gmail.com
If your child would like to participate please:
 Sign the attached sponsorship form to give them permission to take part and
return this to school
 Help your child raise sponsorship per bounce or a total amount for
participating. Please be aware some children can manage more than 60
bounces in one minute!!
 The number of bounces achieved in one minute will be recorded for each
child and a note of this will be returned home after the event
 Sponsorship money should be returned in a sealed envelope to the class
teacher or school office, after the event and by Wednesday 4th May
 Small prizes will be awarded for the child who achieves the most bounces in
each year group, alongside prizes for the most sponsorship raised. However,
we hope this is an event that children really enjoy participating in, no matter
how much money they raise

forward to letting you know how much we raise!
