Playing As A Squad Application Form
I hereby make application to the Baptist Football Queensland for
(Club)
(Year)
to play as a Squad for the
season.
We agree to abide by the Constitution, Season rules, Players & Manager’s Code of
Conduct of Baptist Football Queensland.
We understand that:
1. A player’s name and signature must appear on each match card per fixture played.
2. Players playing in lower divisions are eligible for selection in a higher division game played
on the same day.
3. Players first playing a game in a round of fixtures in a higher division are not eligible to
play in a lower division within the same round of fixtures.
4. A Club can only play as a squad if the teams they are fielding are in separate divisions.
5. The squad system terminates on the 31st July or the previous Saturday’s fixtures
(whichever occurs later) after the completion of the day’s fixtures.
6. The Executive reserves the right to withdraw any clubs right to continue to access the
squad system should it feel that evidence exists that a club is deliberately playing superior
quality players in lower division sides that it may be fielding.
