Chippewa Valley Football Lift-A-Thon
Ten Teams – One Winner!
When: Thursday, May 18th
Where: CVHS Weight Room
Rules
*Every student starts with 205 lbs on the bench press bar
*For every $5 raised, 5 lbs get removed from the bar
*Example: student raises $50, 50 lbs will be removed from the bar and
the student will rep 155 lbs
*Number of reps for each student will be recorded
*Number of reps by each team will be added together
*Team that tallies the most reps is the winner and will be awarded
points to the overall team competition
*Team Captains are responsible to make sure all of their
teammates participate; everyone is expected to participate!
*Remember, the more $$$ you raise, the less weight you will have to
rep out!

safety and success of our student-athletes and must be
