MISSION STATEMENT: THE KINGS COMETS, CHRISTIAN OWNED, MINOR LEAGUE
FOOTBALL TEAM, WILL REGULATE AND PROMOTE THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE LEVEL OF
AMATEUR AMERICAN RULES FOOTBALL IN ORDER TO PROVIDE ADULT ATHLETES AN
OPPORTUNITY TO ADVANCE THEIR FOOTBALL CAREERS, AS WELL AS ENHANCE THE
GREATER CINCINNATI AREA THROUGH COMMUNITY SERVICE, ENTERTAINMENT AND

The Kings Comets, Inc. was incorporated in 1998 as a non-profit organization. The team
has sent coaches Brian Wells, Billy Back, Chico Lockhart, Sean Middlebrooks, Jason Buckley,
Dennis Whitman, Brian Barrett, Gregg Lutz, John Drury, Larry Byndon, Tommy Sewell, Lamont
Watson and Matt Braun onto the professional ranks of indoor / arena football. The Comets have
had eight-six players sign professional contracts with the Arena Football League, af2, National
Indoor Football League, Continental Indoor Football League, Indoor Football League, German
Football League and National Football League. Former University of Cincinnati wide receiver,
Marshawn “Mardy” Gilyard - a fourth round draft pick of the St. Louis Rams in 2010, played
for the Kings Comets in 2007.
The Comets are also active in the community and believe in “giving back”. The Comets
recently have started an annual charity game for breast cancer awareness and have been involved
in the Mason Chamber of Commerce donating items for auction. We have also been involved with
Teen Response, Warren County Elf Project and also offer low ticket prices to ensure affordable
family fun for the Greater Cincinnati area.
This is where you come in. The Comets are looking for sponsorship opportunities with
your company. Without the help from companies like yours these men would not be given this
opportunity. The Comets games have been televised on local cable TV with ICRC TV. The
Comets are covered by local papers and even the Cincinnati Enquirer along with Cincinnati
television news stations (Fox 19 and 9-WCPO). This exposure to the team can translate into more
business for your company. Fans at the games will be exposed to game-day programs with your
company’s advertisement or coupon along with announcements on the PA system throughout the
game. We have other types of advertisement that get more exposure of your company by hanging
banners, spot on our team web-site, even a patch on our jerseys. The best thing about this is its tax
deductible! We are incorporated 501(c) 3 and have a tax identification number we provide to all of

Player sponsors: Sponsor one specific player or as many players as you
want. By doing this the player(s) will be sponsored the player(s) fee. You
will be in the game day program, on the Comets web-site and announced
at the games as the player(s) sponsor. Also, you will receive a pair of
season tickets.

Full Page advertisements: Show your commitment to your company
and get a full page in our game day program. This comes with a pair of
season tickets and at least 5 PA announcements, as a sponsor, at all home

Gridiron Sponsor: Kickoff, Coin Toss, Touchdown Run, Touchdown
Pass, Special Teams Touchdown, Extra Point, Field Goal, Sack or
Interception / Defensive Turnover for the season. Every time one of these
events happens, your company will be announced as the official sponsor
of this event. This also comes with a full page advertisement in the
program, company banner at all home games and up to 50 tickets to each
home game including advertisement on the Comets web-site. Your

sideline passes for that game and MCFL game ball signed by the Comets
team including advertisement on the Comets web-site.

hung at all home games and on the Comets sideline of the away games.
