– Knees bent 45 degrees
– Arms out and to the sides
• Step and wrap
– Tackler steps into ball carrier with knee to the
outside
– Shoulder to chest
– Head to side of the ball carrier
– Tackler wraps both arms around ball carrier’s hips
• Eyes to the sky and roll hips
– Tackler looks to the sky
– Tackler rolls hips while lifting
• Walk
– Tackler carries the ball carrier for a couple of steps

