Players will learn valuable strength and conditioning techniques from experienced Football Coaches in a fun
and motivating environment. This camp will also give youngsters who are not current players the
opportunity to explore Lake City Junior Football.
WHEN: Sunday at Nathan Hale High School. 4/24 from 4-7 pm, 5/22 from 1-4, 6/12 from 1-4. Time is
subject to change based on field availability.
SCHEDULE: Stretch, Strength and Conditioning / Obstacle Course / Heads-up Tackling/ Heads-up Blocking/
7 on 7 Football, Leadership Talk/ Post Camp Snacks and Social.
COST: $50 for all three. This cool camp has a 6 game 7 on 7 match up with a championship conclusion at
each camp. Checks should be made out for LCJF. Lake City Junior Football is a registered 501-C3. All
proceeds will benefit the football program help purchase equipment and provide scholarships.
