Step 1. ”What am I doing?” Be aware about your doing in every day life. Write a dairy/time study over at least one week. Analyse the time study later. Step 1: Time study Take seven days. In a project the vision should always guide the work. • Make a week-schedule you would like to follow! Criteria for success How do you know that you have done well when you finish a working day? Write down! Step 3. Realize that you are responsible for your doings. • Put this text above your mirror at home: " This is the person who has the greatest influence on your life!" • Give yourself a reward when successfull Step 3. Realize that you are responsible for your doings. 2 • Put up notes with this text on ”time thieves”: TV, computer, fridge etc: WHICH IS THE BEST WAY TO USE MY TIME JUST NOW? Step 5. Take power, take charge over your self. • Influence what can be influenced • Book time for the things that should be done during the week • Order on books and papers • Fixed workplace • Stamina and discipline to carry out the plan • Practise relaxation Step 4. Learn to steer things around you. • Write ”To do”-list • Prioritize: Do first all A, Then all B, last C. • Be sure to be in contact with your lifegoal Always find something new… something good in every situation It is good the fuel tank is empty. Now I will get some exercise! Be happy Succeed often Small steps This is the first day in the rest of your life. Higher self-esteem And self-reliance + You want to achieve a goal Good luck!
