Providing an overvíew of the Work of subordinate commíttees tasked by the North Atlantic Councíl;
Assisting in the co-ordination of high_level meďings wíthin HQ or offsite, by providing administrative and logistical support;
Preparíng the meetings, liaising with the relevant divisions and Allied or Partner Delegations, as well as other lnternatíonal
Organisations;
Carrying out ad hoc research on event_related topícs or general Council-related matters;
Drafting documents such as memos and speaking notes, and taking notes at meetÍngs and preparing minutes.

their commitment to support an equal participation of women at all levels ranging from conflict prevention to post_conflict reconstruďion,
peace and security. They call for the prevention of sexuat violence and accountability to end impunity for incidents of sexual violence in
conflíct' Together, these resolutions frame the Women, Peace and security agenda. Women, Peace and Security Section is commiťted to
removing barriers for women's participation in the prevention, management and resolution of conflicts and in peace-building, and to reducing
the risk of conflict-related and gender-based violence. Gender is an important focus of NATO's cooperation with other international
organisations - in particular the United Nations - and civil society. NATo is also taking actÍon Within íts own organisation and structures to
promote gender equality and the participation of women and the NATo Secretary General has appointed a Special Representative to serve as
the high-level focal point on all aspects of NATO's contributions to the Women, Peace and Security agenda.
