*A 15%-18% service charge will be added to all staffed events.
*A charge will be applied to any catering when items (includes trays, lids, extra creamers, sugars,
cups, plates, silverware, pitchers, coffee pots, etcetera) are removed from catering site without prior
knowledge and approval from manager. (The cost will be equivalent to 2 times the amount of the item
removed.
