customs of your country. It also means giving back to your community by
contributing time, talent, or resources to improve your community.
Please use this guide to help with studying. You are also encouraged to use other

Name the city and county in which you live to the tester.

Color items on map and draw a picture of Tydings Park.
6 – Government Officials (turn in)
Name the President and Vice President of the US and tell why they are important.
7A – History
Identify 2 historical figures from pictures.
7B – History (turn in)
Name 2 national holidays and name 2 historical events in your family.

Identify the roles of family members and draw a picture of your family.

B. Tell the tester the number of stars and stripes on the current flag of the
United States. There are 50 stars and 13 stripes.
