Play to your strengths and/or passions This will make the job fun and successful, and build your confidence 12 6 … And Be Ready to Take Risks As you build your track of accomplishments, you will need to take risks and leave your comfort zone to build your confidence, broaden your experience, and expand your skills 13 Building Your Confidence To Take Risks • Prepare and Plan Define your critical success factors (CSFs) in advance Read relevant materials ahead of time Solicit feedback on work product with plenty of time to modify 14 7 Poll Question #1 - Confidence How many times have you held back on asking a question just to have someone else ask the same question? 1. 2. 3. 4.
