Please find below details of our drinks packages with current pricing. When you book a
wedding we will guarantee our pricing for two years from the date of your reservation
Endless Possibilities
Any drinks package you offer your guests is entirely up to you. We have a reasonably
priced, fully stocked licensed bar, and it can be a pay bar throughout the day and evening.
Alternatively, you can decide to pay for all your guests’ drinks. More often we will put
together a ‘drinks package’ of reception drinks after the ceremony, wine on the table, and a
toast. The bar will be open all day for guests to buy other drinks, and any drinks after the
meal.
We have 3 drinks package options to give you a good idea of costs, but of course these can
be tailored to your requirements. If you would prefer to pay for drinks by the bottle/glass
you will see the prices on the information below.
Package 1 - £11.50 per guest
Reception - One drink per guest; you choose one alcoholic, and a non-alcoholic
alternativefrom our reception drinks options listed below,.
Wine for the tables - 2 bottles wine per table (based on 8 adult guests per table), a choice
of red, white or rose house wine (as listed below). Jugs of iced water on the tables.
Toast - 1 glass Prosecco or Cava per guest, and sparkling grape juice for a soft drink
alternative.
Package 2 - £19.50 per guest
Reception - Allowance of up to 2 drinks per guest; you can have a choice of two of the
alcoholic reception drinks options plus a non-alcoholic alternative. We will serve the guests,
and offer top ups. This is generally enough to cover drinks for about an hour after the
ceremony; there will be some guests not drinking alcohol, and others who have more than
two!
Wine for the tables – Unlimited wine during the meal. We will put out 2 bottles of wine
per table, and take out more wine as it is required up until the desserts have been served.
Toast - 1 glass Prosecco or Cava per guest, and sparkling grape juice for a soft drink
alternative.
Package 3 – £26.50 per guest
As Package 2, but with Champagne for the reception and toast drinks.
Children’s drinks package - £4.00 per child
Juice or squash for reception & meal, a champagne glass of sparkling grape juice for the
toast

Bottled beer: Peroni, Corona Becks or Budweiser - £3.75 per bottle
Summer Pimms & lemonade with fresh fruit & mint - £3.75 per glass or £30.00 per 2 litre

Crockwell Gin & Tonic: Gordon’s & tonic served with plenty of ice and your choice of: fresh
lime or lemon, cucumber, pansies, juniper berries, citrus peel - £3.75 per glass or £30.00
per 2 litre jug. *Supplement for premium gin eg. Hendricks
Belinis: Prosecco topped with your choice of fruit puree - £3.75 per glass

Mojito with fresh mint and plenty of lime - £3.75 per glass or £30.00 per 2 litre jug
Sangria: House Merlot with lemonade, orange juice, lemons & mint - £3.75 per glass or
£30.00 per 2 litre jug
Warm mulled wine with spices and orange - £3.75 per glass or £30.00 per 2 litre jug
Mulled apple cider
Winter Pimm’s with fresh fruit & cinnamon - £3.75 per glass or £30.00 per 2 litre jug
Pimp your Prosecco
For something a little more fun, we can set up a Prosecco bar in the bar marquee or on the
lawn where guests can pimp their own Prosecco with your choice of fresh fruit & herbs.
£30.00 supplement.
Non-alcoholic reception drinks
Sparkling elderflower - £10.00 per 2 litre jug
Orange juice - £5.00 per 1litre jug
Cloudy lemonade - £10.00 per 2 litre jug
Gunner shandy - ginger beer with soda and lime - £10.00 per 2 litre jug
Iced infused water served DIY from a kilner jar dispenser. Works well with Pimp Your
Prosecco.
Jugs fruit squash for children - £4.00 per 2 litre jug
Sparkling grape juice – this is a good toast for children and non-drinkers served in a
Champagne glass - £6.00 per bottle
Wine
Included in our drinks packages are a choice of house wines. We take pride in the quality of
our wines; all have been selected with the help of our expert suppliers, S H Jones, to give
you the best possible choice and value for money.
You will have a choice of three whites, three reds, and two roses as well as a delicious
Italian Prosecco, a Spanish Cava and a French Champagne. You will have the opportunity to
try all our house wines along with food from the Chopping Block at a Taster Evening. If none
are to your taste then we have a more extensive wine list from which you are welcome to
choose. You can also bring your own wine, for which we charge corkage (£10 per bottle of
wine and £13 for sparkling wine or Champagne).
