PERI Suomi Ltd Oy Founded in 1993, PERI Suomi Ltd Oy is a wholly owned subsidiary of its parent company PERI GmbH. PERI Suomi sells and leases concrete formwork, shoring and scaffolding systems and accessories made by its parent company and offers related services. Currently the company employs around 60 people. Additionally, the company retains the services of subcontractors when necessary. HR Business Partner PERI Suomi Ltd Oy is looking for a HR Business Partner with solid HR experience. The role will be integral in the transformation phase of the company to meet the ambitious future targets. As a HR Business Partner, you, in co-operation with the Management Team, will develop and deliver a comprehensive human resources service and ensure that high quality staff are recruited, retained and developed and supported to meet PERI Group’s current and future strategic objectives. You will ensure that professional HR processes and tools are implemented and you will manage the administrative HR related tasks. You will also be supported by the Group HR functions and other Market Unit subsidiaries’ HR persons. You will be located in Hyvinkää, but you are flexible to travel to other PERI Finland offices, PERI Group headquarters and Market Unit subsidiary locations to a certain extent. You will report to the CFO. Tasks Responsibility • To develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that effectively meets PERI’s business needs and adds value to the business together with the Management Team. • To advise Management Team in the implementation of strategic issues including organisational structure, culture, leadership and organisational competencies (including training identification and supervisor support). • To ensure that all PERI’s policies and procedures are reviewed regularly and revised as appropriate to comply with employment law and government directives and to enable PERI to meet the changing needs of the business. • To ensure that PERI’s managers and employees are aware of their legal and contractual responsibilities. • To promote, progress and champion policies to reflect the changes in policy and legislation. • To develop and actively take part on the recruitment, onboarding, career planning, succession planning and exit processes. • To support the maintenance of effective employee relationships and to facilitate any difficulties and their resolution. • To engage actively with all staff across Finland to become a trusted go-to HR partner. • To deliver internal communication for all people matters. • To actively liaise with the health care and pension insurance providers to ensure employee satisfaction and well-being. Collaboration • To work closely with the Managing Director, other Directors and Line Managers to ensure consistent, efficient working practices. • To establish and maintain good relationships with all employees, managers and other external agencies. • To identify training needs to ensure employees have the relevant skills to do their job.
