Rules & Regulations
Students should reach at their designated bus atleast ten (10) minutes before the scheduled
pick-up time, The bus will not wait for the student.
Ride only on the University bus which is assigned to them.
Once a student gets on the bus he/she is not permitted to get off until he/she reaches his/her
destination.
Students should not ask to stop the bus other than the approved stoppage.
Unnecessary conversation with the driver is prohibited while the bus in motion.
Students should not throw objects at, on, or from the bus.
Unauthorized persons are not allowed to board the bus.
Students should not use profane language in the bus.
Ragging or any kind of harassment is strictly prohibited inside and outside of the bus.
Talking inside the bus should be at normal conversation tones.
Students should not get off the bus until it stops properly.
Students are fully responsible to make good any loss or damage caused to the bus.
Students shall respect the rights and safety of others.

14. The prescribed transportation fee will be charged annually and if any student withdraws
from the Facility of transportation or is debarred by University Administration, the
transportation fee will not be refunded or adjusted in any case.
15. Gross disobedience or misconduct providing grounds for suspension from riding the bus
include.
a.
Willful injury or threat of injury to a bus driver or to another student or staff member or
pedestrian.
b.
Willful and / or repeated defacement of the bus.
c.
Repeated use of profanity.
d.
Repeated willful disobedience of the bus driver’s directives.
e.
Indulgence in any kind of ragging or harassment.
f.
Such other behavior that the Administration deems is threatening to the safe operation
of the bus and /or its occupants.
Note: - All disputes are subject to Lucknow Jurisdiction.
