About The Facilitator
The lead facilitator, Ing. Dr. Yaw
Yaws o n i s t h e m a n a g i n g

Engineering and a fellow of the
Ghana Institution of Engineers
(FGhIE). He has several years
experience in the field of business
process improvement and quality
management systems.
Yaw holds a Master of Business
Administration (MBA) Finance,
and a Certified Project
Management Professional (PMP).
Currently, he is also an adjunct
lecturer in Quality & Six Sigma on
the Coventry Masters Program at
the Ghana Technology University
College (GTUC). He holds a Master
Black Belt in Six Sigma.
