ANTELOPE, GIRAFFE, HIPPO CONFERENCE 2017 - CANCELLATION POLICY If you are unable to attend the Antelope, Giraffe, Hippo Conference 2017 you may request a refund of the conference fee by sending written request via email to info@derbianus.cz. The refunded amount depends on the date when we receive your request: before 1st November 2016 – 100% will be refunded reduced by € 30 as a cancellation fee; before 1st December 2016 – 50% will be refunded reduced by € 30 as a cancellation fee; no refund will be available after 30th November 2016; no exception will be made to the cancellation/refund policy for registrants unable to obtain a travel Visa. Obtaining a travel Visa is the responsibility of the registrant. We will assist by providing a letter of invitation but we are not an authority on Visa issues, nor can we help with expediting the Visa process. no exception will be made to the cancellation/refund policy for registrants due to travel related issues, natural disasters, or other unexpected events. note that all conference contributions are evaluated by a scientific committee and we reserve the right to change the type of the contribution to other category or refuse the contribution. Failure to attend the conference because of the rejection of the contribution is not a reason for a refund of the registration fee. Payment requirements: Your registration will not be processed until payment is received to our account in full. If you are presenter of an accepted contribution (oral or poster), you will not be scheduled in the conference programme and Book of abstracts if your payment is not received in full until three weeks after the Early bird registration deadline. After the Early bird registration deadline only participants without contribution can register for the conference. Payment options: Payment can be made by bank transfer only.
