2014 Pacific Ruby Trip Terms and Conditions:
1. To qualify for any pin level you must meet all requirements of the Sales Compensation
Plan, including retail sales. There are no bonuses paid for recruiting. All bonuses and
commissions are paid only when qualifying products are shipped or delivered to you. For

2. In order to qualify for the 2014 Pacific Ruby Trip, new Ruby Executives must complete a
four (4) month (consecutive or non-consecutive) maintenance period within a 12 month
period from the first month you are paid as a new Ruby Executive. During these
qualifying four (4) months maintenance period, the new Ruby Executive must maintain a
minimum of 3000GSV every month.
NB: To attend the 2014 March Ruby Trip, the fourth and final month of qualification is
January, 2014.
3. During the qualifying four (4) month maintenance period, should any of the first
generation Executives of the newly created Ruby Executive be titled as Provisional
Executive* (PEXEC) or Demoting Executive (DEXEC), the PEXEC/ DEXEC must have
at least one downline maintained Executive each (regardless of generation depth) to be
considered as an eligible first generation line.
*A maximum of 2 PEXEC’s/DEXEC’s are accepted not 2 of each.
4. Pin Title advancement as a result of roll up will not count toward the qualifications.
5. In order to be eligible to participate in the Pacific Ruby Trip your paid as title must not fall
below Ruby title during any time from the 1st month you begin the qualifying four (4)
months maintenance period until the month you participate in the Pacific Ruby Trip.
6. Any pin title advancement that is the result of an account merger will disqualify you from
that particular Pacific Ruby Trip, i.e. if 2 accounts merge to create a Ruby Executiveship
the account would be disqualified from the new Ruby advancements, but could qualify
for the Pacific Success Trip at the new Emerald, Diamond and Blue Diamond
advancements.
7. The incentive awards stated above are limited to a maximum of two participants per
Distributorship (limited to Distributor members of any partnership named on the
qualifying account, or an immediate family member of qualifying Distributor, who is not a
Distributor).
8. Executives with excessive returns of products in their organisation may be disqualified.
Nu Skin Enterprises Australia, Inc. and Nu Skin Enterprises New Zealand, Inc. (“Nu Skin
Pacific”) reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to determine what constitutes excessive
returns. If there are any excessive returns in the 12 months following the trip that would
have affected pin level and qualification for the trip, then the Distributor agrees to
reimburse Nu Skin Pacific for the cost of the trip, and any other recognition at Nu Skin
Pacific’s discretion.
9. Distributors must not be in material breach of the Policies & Procedures (see Chapter 2,
Section 6.5 of the Policies & Procedures for complete policy). Any indication of
manipulation regarding the qualification criteria will disqualify any Executive attempting
to benefit from the action. This includes but is not limited to buying in volume for
qualification purposes on down line accounts.
10. Nu Skin Pacific reserves the right to interpret the rules of the contest.
Additional Rules:
 Only new Ruby Executives from markets within the Pacific Region (Australia, New
Zealand, French Polynesia and New Caledonia) will be eligible to participate in the
Pacific Ruby Trip.

Nu Skin Pacific will pay for you and your guest’s flights using our choice of airline to
arrive and depart for the dates of the trip from the closest airport from your registered
mailing address. Any airline, location or date changes are at your expense and subject
to Nu Skin Pacific approval.

To participate in the trip, all qualified Distributors MUST have their travel visas (if
required) 3 weeks prior the departure. Nu Skin Pacific will not book any airfare tickets
until the appropriate visas have been obtained.

Nu Skin Pacific will pay for the costs of airfare, hotel, Nu Skin-organised group ground
transportation, some meals and some amenities. Any additional costs will be the
responsibility of the distributor.

No substitutes or cash equivalents will be awarded. The Pacific Ruby Trip is nontransferable. Trip cancellation by a Distributor/ Registered Guest(s) after official
confirmation may incur costs to the Distributorship.

Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc., Nu Skin Pacific and its affiliates (“Nu Skin”) reserve the right to
withhold final approval on all winners pending verification of compliance to contest rules
and regulations. Participants must be distributors in good standing with Nu Skin during
the contest period. Distributors found in non-compliance with the distributor contract
during the contest period may not participate.
PACKAGE INCLUDES
 A six (6) day/ five (5) night trip for 2 persons per distributorship for Pacific new Ruby
Executives.

Roundtrip airfare to the U.S. and ground transportation to and from hotel and all
organised activities for a maximum of two persons per distributorship. Local
transportation to airport for departure/arrival is not included. Please note complimentary transportation will be available ONLY on specified travel days. In
addition, Nu Skin will not provide transportation for any travel/itinerary changes
made within 7 days of the trip start date. The Distributor(s) will be expected to
make arrangements for their own transportation.

Five nights’ deluxe accommodations for Pacific new Ruby Executives.

Additional rooms may be arranged based on availability and at the expense of the
distributor.

All meals indicated on the itinerary.

Private tour of Nu Skin Headquarters, exclusive meetings with Nu Skin Executives and
Regional Management.

All baggage handling if provided at the hotel.

All hotel taxes and gratuities.

Group activities as indicated on itinerary.

Evening entertainment
WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED THAT I WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR?
 Any "free-time" activities or "optional" suggestions or tours, phone calls, laundry and any
other hotel incidentals.

Transportation to and from any events you choose to participate in other than what is
included on the itinerary. We are not responsible for arranging transportation or
transporting distributors to any outside events, including fly-ins.

Transportation to and from hotel if arrival and/or departure dates are different from those
indicated on itinerary.

Meals not shown on itinerary.

Any other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included.

Applicable state, federal and local taxes.
OTHER INFORMATION:
 2014 Pacific Ruby Trips will be held in March 2014 and September 2014.

If you cannot travel on dates specified on the completion of your qualifying four (4)
months maintenance period, your participation may include the following Pacific Ruby
Trip, however your paid as title must not fall below Ruby until the following Pacific Ruby
Trip. If you cannot travel on either of these Pacific Ruby Trip dates specified then your
participation in the Pacific Ruby Trip will be forfeited.

Although we will make every effort to accommodate your preferred travel itinerary, we
reserve the right to schedule arrival and departure times that will work best for all parties
involved.

Taxes – You will be responsible for applicable federal, state and local taxes, fees and
any additional charges.

Cancellation Policy – Once you have registered for the trip and airfare is booked, any
cancellations could forfeit your chance to participate in any future Pacific Ruby Trip
experience. The distributor will be responsible for any charges incurred for changes to
booked flights.

Cancellation of Activity – You may not change your selection of activity. If you choose to
participate in another activity, you will be responsible for the full expense of that activity
regardless of whether or not you participated in the originally selected activity.

Anyone who decides to participate in a Pacific Ruby Trip activity will be required to sign
a waiver. You may not participate in the activity until Nu Skin representative has
received signed waivers from you and your guest.

You hereby agree, by accepting this Pacific Ruby Trip Incentive, to release Nu Skin
Enterprises Australia, Inc. and Nu Skin Enterprises New Zealand, Inc. and its parent,
affiliated and subsidiary companies and their officers, directors, and employees from all
liabilities of every kind, including personal injury, death and property damage arising
from the acceptance of this Incentive and participation in the Incentive trip.

You hereby agree, by accepting this Pacific Ruby Trip Incentive, to give Nu Skin the
absolute and irrevocable right and permission, with respect to the photographs, film
and/or tape that it has taken of you and your guest on the Pacific Ruby Trip. In addition,
you agree to give Nu Skin the right to use, re-use, publish and re-publish (with no
limitations on times used) the same in whole or part, with intentional or unintentional
alterations, without limitations as to optical or audio effect, individually or in conjunction
with other photographs or images, in any medium and for any purpose whatsoever,
including (but not by way of limitation) illustration, promotion, advertising and trade.

