Navigate Named #12 Best Place to Work in Pennsylvania
State-wide program uses employee surveys to assess and identify
companies benefiting the economy and its workforce
Wayne, Pa. – December 6, 2016 - Navigate, a growing management consulting
firm headquartered in Wayne, Pa., today announces it has has been named the
12th Best Place to Work in PA for 2016, through a program presented by a
public/private partnership between Team Pennsylvania Foundation, the
Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, the
Pennsylvania State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management,
and the Central Penn Business Journal. Navigate was formally recognized and
learned of its ranking in the small/medium companies category at the Best
Places to Work in PA awards banquet held on December 1 at the Lancaster
County Convention Center.
Best Places to Work was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best
places of employment in Pennsylvania, who are benefiting the state's economy
and its workforce.

Qualifying organizations entered the two-part process to initially determine the
100 Best Places to Work in PA. The first part of this process, worth
approximately 25% of the total evaluation, assessed each nominated company's
workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems, and demographics. The
remaining 75% was based on an employee survey to measure the employee
experience. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey
process.
In recent years, Navigate has earned significant recognition for its employee
satisfaction and company culture, as well as its consistent growth, including most
recently being named the #1 Best Small Firm to Work for by Consulting
Magazine for the second consecutive year. Navigate also opened a second office
in Center City, Philadelphia earlier this year to better serve its city-based clients
