the Family,’ comes a one-man show starring world-renowed comedian, Jeff Allen.
At times both gut-wrenching and hilarious, this one-man show tells the personal story of a life and marriage that hung by a thread for
18 years. Growing up and performing stand-up in Chicago, Jeff Allen was a bitter, alcoholic atheist. Even after marrying the love of his
life, nothing changed.
Allen’s refreshing humor and raw vulnerability opens the hearts of his audience. Rather than tell people what they should think or do,
the example of his roller coaster life allows the audience to draw their own conclusions. Without preaching, Allen weaves humor and
pathos into a dramatic narrative of a life that led him to Christ at the very bottom of human existence. It’s the ultimate outreach event.
