THE TOWER OF BABEL

FREE TRADE
Free Trade is Free Trade. It’s just that simple!
It is an agreement between two individuals,
parties, states or nations. It is an agreement
without any interference from another party.
For thousands of years, nations have been making
TRADE AGREEMENTS between themselves.
To create free trade, one must abolish all laws,
regulations, and tariffs which obstruct or penalize
voluntary trade.
Karl Marx supported FREE TRADE, because he
knew and understood when a country signed unto
the agreement, that nation would lose some of
their severnity.
MARX, was also a member of the illuminati.
To create a world government, you must eliminate
all Borders and the sovereignty of each nation.
• We have, GATT, WTO, NAFTA, and the like are called
“free trade” agreements. This is a false Deception. First, the
term “trade” hardly applies to a system in which some 40
percent of U.S. “trade” is centrally managed by the same
highly visible hands that control planning, production,
and investment.

Over half of U.S. “exports” to Mexico, for example, do
not enter the Mexican market, consisting of transfers from
one to another branch of a U.S. corporation, to maximize
gains from lower labor costs and environmental regulations.

Such internal operations (including pricing policies aimed at
tax benefits and the like) also introduce various
market distortions that amount to non-governmental nontariff barriers (NTBs), of no small scale, though not
considered in the trade agreements.

The U. N. was formed in 1945

The Trade Agreement (GATT) stands for, GENERAL AGREEMENT ON
TARIFFS AND TRADE, was created in 1947, it was revised in 1994, and
became part of the (WTO), the WORLD TRADE ORGANIZATION.
I BELIEVE THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME most American people even heard
about GATT as a Trade Agreement .
As reported in 1994, there were some 36,000 pages to this so called
FREE TRADE AGREEMENT.
The current GATT and WTO agreement is meant to “equalize” the living
standards of all people in the world, and we can all see the direction our
nation is heading, the rich continue to get richer and the poor continue
to get poorer.
" GATT consists of international trade specialists and an administrative
staff. Tariff conferences and sessions are usually held at GATT
headquarters [in secret?] in Geneva, Switzerland."

America are getting richer while 150,000,000 –
Americans, are getting poorer in this great country.

The WTO has the power to challenge and negate any
American law, or any other member nation’s laws, that
claim’s it will interfere with free trade; this applies to all
local, state, and federal levels… regardless of what rules
are added in the U.S. implementing legislation.

If GATT and the WTO wasn’t bad enough, here comes
(NAFT), the NORTH AMERICA FREE TRADE AGREEMENT.

This trade agreement has some 1,700 pages. It was put
together under the Bush Sr. Administration, and passed
under the Bill Clinton administration.

It was said, those who would not go along in signing this
agreement, were told they would be visited by the (IRS).

At that time, the American people were told that NAFTA
would create some two million jobs, when in fact, some
70,000 to one million jobs were lost do to NAFTA.

The first vote taken on NAFTA was the House of
Representatives which passed what was called the, North
American Free Trade Agreement implementation Act on
November 17th, 1993.
Kissinger stated, NAFTA “will represent the most creative
step toward a new world order taken by any group of
countries since the end of the Cold War...” NAFTA “is not a
conventional trade agreement, but the architecture of a
new international system.” (Henry Kissinger, Los Angeles
Times, 1993.)

When the vote was taken for NAFTA it was, 234 to 200. Those
who supported this trade agreement were, 132 Republicans and
102 Democrats, the Senate voted on November 20th, 1993, by a
vote of 61 to 38. The supporters were 34 Republicans and 27
Democrats. Clinton singed this into law on December 8th, 1993,
and it became law January 1, 1994. While signing the Bill, Clinton
stated that, “NAFTA means jobs. American jobs, and good –
paying American jobs. If I didn’t believe it, I wouldn’t support this
agreement.”

What most people didn’t know than, and don’t know today, there
was a governing body elected, a TRIBUNAL that was set up with
NO elected officials, they were all appointed, and they tell
Congress what they can and can not do to comply to the NAFTA

Further study by researchers in Canada and Mexico shows
workers in all three countries have been hurt for different
reasons. In Mexico, real wages have fallen sharply and there has
been a sharp drop in the number of people holding regular jobs in
paid positions. Many workers have been shifted into sub – level
work areas.

In Canada, a decade of heightened competition with
the U.S. is eroding social investments in public
spending on education, health care, unemployment
compensation, and a wide range of other public
services. This experience suggest that workers have
good reason to be concerned as we continue down
the road with the destruction of these Free Trade
Agreements.

All of these activities have a negative impact on the
U.S. share of North American automotive jobs, which
dropped from 64.5% in 2000 to just 53.4% in 2012.
By 2012, 39% of all automotive jobs in North
America were in Mexico, up from 27.1% of such jobs
in 2000. And these Internationalist continue to lie to

agreements are good for the American people.

thousands of demonstrators marched through
downtown Mexico City on Thursday to protest
recent trade openings that removed the last tariff

western hemisphere, starting with Canada, United States,

history. It would have created a (REGIONAL GOVERNMENT)
called, the North America Union.

If passed, It would have eliminated our Constitution, the Bill of
Rights, the American middle class, and America as we know it
today. We would have become much like the (EU), EUROPEN
UNION. but referred to as the (NAU) North American Union.

foods (GMOs), thereby promoting the interests of biotech

Once again the American people are face with two more so
called Free Trade Agreements, they are the
(TPP) TRANS – PACIFIC PARTNERSHIP
and the
(TTIP) TRANSATLANTIC TRADE and INVESTMENT

These agreements are two years behind schedule. The (TPP)
should have been voted on at the end of 2013, and the (TTIP)
agreement was to be voted on this year, 2015.
These agreements are on a fast track, that means Congress
has to vote on it at once with little or no debate, no time to
read it. It is a Yes or No vote, straight up and down vote.
These agreements have been worked on in secret behind
closed doors, even members in Congress are not able to read
the Documents, only a summery has been made available.
The American people must once again rise up and stop these
TRADE AGREEMENTS. IF PASSED, WE WILL BECOME THE
NORTH AMERICAN UNION!!
In 2014, New Obama Executive Order Pushes Us Closer To
A North American Union And A One World Economic
System.
During his time in the White House, Obama has consistently
sought to strengthen international institutions such as the
UN, the IMF, the World Bank and the WTO. At every turn,
Obama has endeavored to more fully integrate America into
the “global community”. Since he was elected, Obama has
signed a whole host of new international economic
agreements.
Most Americans have absolutely no idea how far the plans
are to integrate the United States, Canada, Mexico and the
Latin American countries.
Last year 2014, Obama signed an agreement to create a
“North American security perimeter” and most Americans
never even heard about it because the mainstream news

The Fast Track agreements has turned the U.S. Constitution on
its head. Under Article I Section 8, Congress has exclusive
authority "to regulate commerce with foreign nations" and to
"lay and collect taxes [and] duties." Under the Constitution, the
president is empowered to negotiate treaties, but Congress
must vote to approve them. Thus, Fast Track took
constitutional power from Congress and prevented the checks
and balances needed to prevent an imperial presidency.
For most of the history of the United States, treaties and trade
agreements went through the normal congressional process
described in the Constitution. Fast Track is a relatively new
concept that coincides with an era of increasing presidential
power... If Congress had reviewed agreements such as the WTO
and NAFTA beforehand and civil society had been able to
participate in a democratic process, would the United States
have made the mistake of passing these laws that have so
injured our economy and other nations as well? The answer is
NO.

The Fast Track was first created by (CFR) member Richard Nixon and
his Administration.
That's why all presidents since Richard Nixon used the so-called Fast
Track authority, this was to ram these Agreements through Congress.

Obama wants Congress to fast-track the Trade agreements, which
would mean hasty congressional hearings followed by an up-or-down
vote within 90 days, with no amendments allowed, that means NO
debates allowed.

The extraordinary authority, which Congress has refused to delegate
for 15 of the past 20 years, to let a president negotiate and sign a
“trade” pact before Congress approved it and guaranteed a noamendments vote in 90 days regardless of whether the pact met
Congress’ objectives or not.

Some say that the Trans Pacific Partnership is the Mother of all Trade
Agreements.

To file a Lawsuit you must have a cause of action for Standing which has three
elements: (1) direct injury, (2) cause and (3) remedy.
When an Officer stops you for a vehicle Code infraction he must have a
"reasonable" cause. If there is NO INJURY to a person or property there is NO
CAUSE of action and NO VERIFIED COMPLAINT from an INJURED party.

In 2009, two police officer in Los Angels filed a law suit against the department for
harassment with bogus performance reviews, reassignments and etc. For not meeting their
quotas. In 2011, they were awarded $2 million.

November 2014. Three NPD officers sued town over alleged quotas; for failure to meet a
minimum number of monthly arrest for traffic, criminal and ordinance violations.
July 2013; Auburn Alabama, a Police was fired because he refused to keep quite about
meeting quotas each month. He was required to make 100 contacts each month, which
included tickets, arrest, field interviews, and warnings. This amounts to 72,000 contacts a
year in a population of 50,000 people. Just think of the contact if they had (TEN) police
officers on the force.

The Grand Jury started about 940 AD in Grease, it went to Rome,
England, and came to America, in the state of Main about 1680.

The King of England would send their corrupt Lawyers and Judges to
America. The Grand Jury was involved in the Boston Tea Party, but
would not bring charges against the American people.

The Grand Jury is sometimes called the 4th Branch of our
governmental system, its purpose is to protect the citizens against
corrupt lawyers and judges.

The Jury has 6 to 12 people. The Grand Jury will have from 16 to 24
people.

I believe it is the District Attorney that calls for a Grand Jury, and they
are to hear (Criminal) cases on the federal level.

A Citizens Grand Jury; can be started by a group of Citizens to
investigate all levels of government, if the citizens feel there is wrong
doing or corruption.

They started using a Prosecutor to work with the Grand Jury, which is
UN-Constitutional. We must get back to the Constitution. Why,
because a Prosecutor can influence the members of the jury.
