Terms of Trade
1. In case of significant changes in purchasing costs we reserve the right to adjust material prices accordingly
2. All costs for services provided by third parties (centralized services by local regulation) will be passed on to the customer with an
additional administration surcharge of 12% on the net amount of actual cost.
Centralized services in special areas -not in our warehouse- are for following goods: VAL / AVI / RRY / Explosives /
3. Dangerous goods invoicing info
a. Dangerous goods services for acceptable export shipments are billed to the exporting airline
b. Dangerous goods services for non-acceptable export shipments are billed to the delivering Agent
c. Dangerous goods services for acceptable Import shipments for destination FRA are billed to the consignee
d. Dangerous goods services for non-acceptable Import shipments and for Import transit shipments-not FRA- are billed to importing airline
Payment conditions
Cargoworks Europe GmbH invoices are payable upon receipt. Payment has to be received within 14 days of invoice date.
Payment is considered received when it is available on the Cargoworks Europe GmbH bank account.
Interest on late payment
Interest rate for late payments is base rate + 8%
Liability
Cargoworks Europe GmbH liablity is determined by German Trade Law (Handels-Gesetz-Buch (HGB))
The German version of these Terms of Trade prevails
