Bonus Policy
MCA INTELIFUNDS LTD, (hereinafter the company) trading as “FXORO”, (“FXORO”), is an
investment firm regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission under license no.
126/10 and operates according to the Cyprus Investment Services and Activities and Regulated
Markets Law of 2007, and the EU Directives especially Market in Financial Instruments Directive
(MiFID).
FXORO maintains effective and transparent procedures for the bonus policy which it is constructed in
accordance with related guidelines (Circular C065 and Circular CI144-2014-02) and other legal
requirements following the Company’s authorization and regulation by the Cyprus Securities and
Exchange Commission (“CySEC”).
Available types of trading bonuses
Sign-up trading bonus
The Company provides to eligible new clients a welcoming trading bonus called a ‘sign up bonus’
(one-time bonus) to make it easier to make an initial trade. This type of trading bonus allows clients to
get familiar with the platform, how it all works and provide a way to gain experience in trading in the
financial markets.
Matched deposits trading bonus
A matched deposit is where a client will be given an extra percentage of deposit on top of what it is
deposited for free. This should be done with caution though and often no matter how appealing it might
be to deposit large amount of funds, clients need to make sure that are still trading responsibly and
within their financial capacity and trading experience.
Pending bonus
The company’s Pending bonus program credits client account with cash on a weekly basis according to
the volume achieved in that week. The Pending bonus amount (“Realized Pending bonus ”) is limited
to the total Pending bonus allocated to the client. Each week, the Realized Pending bonus which is
calculated according to the client’s weekly volume shall be deducted from the Total Pending bonus
amount and credited to the client’s account according to the ratio between the client’s actual weekly
volume (in LOTS) and the required volume, as indicated in the “My account” section.
It is clarified that the client is only entitled to the Realized Pending bonus and the Total Pending bonus
is realized only after client completes the required volume. The volume is calculated on an ‘in and out’
basis, which means that the opening of 1 LOT and the closing of the same, count as 1 LOT towards the
client’s volume requirement. All Pending bonus s are given in the account's currency.

Refer a friend bonus
Urge your friends to open account and trade with FXORO and get cash rewards on their deposit.
The Bonus will be determined ONLY by the initial deposit of the referred Client. The bonus will be
added only after the referred client account approved.
The bonus will be available for request for one month from the initial deposit and needs to be claimed
by the referrer by sending an email to support@FXORO.com with subject: REFER A FRIEND
BONUS with both his name and his friends' full name, account number, email address, and a valid,
working telephone number.
The bonus will be added ONLY after the initial deposit and required volume has been realized by the
referred new client in his account and been approved by compliance department. For the current offers

Complementary trading bonus
In addition to complementary trading bonus (redeposit bonuses) the company also may offer special
trading bonus offers for clients depositing with certain funding methods, such as Moneybookers, wire
transfer, and others. These bonuses can change so clients should always check before depositing which
funding method will give the best bonus.
In addition the company may offer other kind of bonuses and further offer bonuses with different terms
than the bonuses described herein. Bonuses may be changed or cancelled without any prior notice.
In the case where the terms on which a bonus was provided to a client have been breached or altered,
the company has the right, at its sole discretion to cancel or change such a bonus at any given moment
without any prior notice.
Use and eligibility of trading bonuses and pending bonus
Trading bonus is provided to clients only for trading purposes as extra leverage, sustaining and
supporting positions during volatility and to allow client to open extra positions and is not available for
withdrawal at any time whatsoever.
At all times the company retains full rights to the bonus which it is not considered as part of the
withdrawable balance of the client. Consequently at the time the client requests a withdrawal the
company at its sole discretion has the right to remove from the equity of the account the amount of
bonus provided at any time given.
Trading bonus which was granted due to a certain deposit shall be cancelled upon the withdrawal of all
or some of the deposit or once the client’s Equity became smaller than the provided trading bonus due
to the Client’s withdrawals. All Trading Bonuses shall be cancelled if the account was not active for 3
consecutive months.

Terms and conditions
The Clients’ funds and profits are free at all times for withdrawal.
Every pending bonus in order to be released requires a trading turnover volume executed by the client.
For new accounts, the bonus will be given only after the account has been approved. Account without
equity will not be eligible for bonus.
Bonuses and benefits shall be credited to the client’s account subject to compliance with the terms of
the offer made to the client, e.g. making minimum deposits and/or making a trading volume in a
specified time period.
All trading bonuses provided to clients are based on each Client’s unique circumstances and can be
used only for trading purposes thus they cannot be withdrawn until the minimum trading volume
requirement is reached.
The company urges its clients to take part in the offers, but to refrain from abusing and/or manipulating
them. Abusing any of the offers could lead to cancellation of the bonus/benefit and closure of the
client’s account on the company’s website. The decision whether a client is abusing and/or
manipulating the company’s trading platform and/or its bonus policy is at the Company’s sole and
exclusive discretion.
If there is any suspicion or indication of forex arbitrage trading, fraud, bonus abuse or any other form
of bonus manipulation (such as risk free profiting), the company, at its absolute discretion reserves the
right to remove all previously credited bonuses from all trading accounts connected to the client,
disqualify the client from all future bonuses and/or close or suspend all current orders and any profits
gained.
The company also reserves the right to temporarily/permanently close all trading accounts affected.
The company shall not be liable for any ramification endured due to bonus cancellation. The
Company’s decision – should this be the case – shall be final. The company reserves the right to
revoke or change the offers at any time and this will be displayed in the Company’s website.
The trading bonus is applicable for up to 1 (one) trading account per Client, irrespective of the number
of trading accounts a Client may open with the company.
The company has the right to withdraw and/or withhold at any time, without prior notice and additional
explanation of reasons any Bonus and/or profit gained if: a) a breach of the present Terms and
Conditions occurs; and/or b) the company has reasonable grounds to believe a misuse of the trading
bonus.

Persons associated with the company’s, specific websites and/or social network sites whereby the
company may occasionally run certain promotions, contests and/or surveys, in the context of which
access to the promotion is offered, are not allowed to participate any promotion.
Cancelation of bonus
Trading bonus to a certain deposit shall be cancelled upon the withdrawal of all or some of the deposit
which credited the client with the bonus or once the client’s equity (not including the trading bonus)
became smaller than the bonus provided due to the client’s withdrawals.
Warnings
A trading bonus gives great value and extra trading leverage. With all of the above being mentioned;
when clients trade with bonus leverage they need to be cautious. It is truly appealing, but there is a
downside. You may close higher trades and make more money initially (or in the long run), but you
can also lose a lot more money.
The company will not be liable for any losses whatsoever that a Client may incur and/or suffer,
including but not limited to losses due to trading with the Bonus.
All volume requirements must be completed within 60 days from the time the Pending bonus was
allocated to the client, or, when applicable, as specified in the offer sent to the client.
Handling Fees
The Company reserves its right to impose 10% handling fee in extremely severe cases of breach of the
Company’s Terms of Use such as fraud and/or manipulations and/or unjustified charge-backs done by
clients and all in accordance with the Company’s sole discretion.

Pending Bonus
Assuming that the client deposited €200 and received 50% Pending bonus of €100
For every €100 the client should trade 25 lots. (Pending bonus divided by 4)
In this case the client requires to execute: 100/4=25 lots.
