1. Location. The facility will be strategically located to maximize access to the general

department stores, shopping malls and restaurants. Renegade Paint Ball Games will
add to the options for young and young at heart to have safe, friendly atmosphere to

minimum. Upon construction of the indoor facility, the plan is to construct a
steel building that is both attractive and economical. Jared Vanandt, owner/operator,
with 15 plus experience in paintball, will offer his expertise in both game play and repair
of equipment, as well as educating those employed at the facility, thus contributing his

employees doing more than one task. The facility will have the most energy-efficient
equipment of any center in the area.

2.4 Products and Services
The paintball business is growing entertainment. This is a sport that all ages can participate in
and enjoy as individuals or in groups. The core revenue producer is the team structure, which is
all encompassing. The basic element in teams is its skill levels--beginning with youth teams, it
progresses until it reaches the best team players. The largest number of team paintball players
are in the 16 - 26 age group. These teams are primarily made up of men and women with
similar backgrounds. Other types of teams can be made up of married couples, large
corporations, adult school-booster organizations, and churches are excellent sources for
forming this type of team. Team development is only limited by management's imagination;
however, the key is to find a common interest which each member of the team shares.
Renegade Paintball Games, INK offers all skills levels the best playing fields, the best
equipment rentals and ammunition, and the best officials. We focus on making team play the
exceptional experience it should be.
Renegade Paintball Games will pride its self on being the facility that people of all ages can
come and have a safe, enjoyable and entertaining time. Keeping young people entertained and
safe rather than on the streets and in trouble will be an everyday mission of the facility, giving
parents peace of mind while their children are at the facility.

3.2 Military
Military teams participate in the sport of paintball many ways, either for fun and/or relaxation or
to maintain tactical training.
Jacksonville is home to multiple military facilities, and with Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay
nearby gives Jacksonville the third largest military presence in the country.[85] Only Norfolk,
Virginia and San Diego, California are bigger. The military is by far the largest employer in
Jacksonville and its total economic impact is approximately $6.1 billion annually.[86]
Naval Air Station Jacksonville is a military airport located four miles (6 km) south of the central
business district. Approximately 23,000 civilian and active-duty personnel are employed on the
base. There are 35 operational units/squadrons assigned there and support facilities include an
airfield for pilot training, a maintenance depot capable of virtually any task, from changing a tire
to intricate micro-electronics or total engine disassembly. Also on-site is a Naval Hospital, a
Fleet Industrial Supply Center, a Navy Family Service Center, and recreational facilities.
Naval Station Mayport is a Navy Ship Base that is the third largest fleet concentration area in
the United States. Mayport's operational composition is unique, with a busy harbor capable of
accommodating 34 ships and an 8,000-foot (2,400 m) runway capable of handling any aircraft
used by the Department of Defense. Until 2007, it was home to the aircraft carrier USS John F.
Kennedy, which locals called "Big John". In January 2009, the Navy committed to stationing a
nuclear-powered carrier at Mayport when the official Record of Decision was signed. The port
will require approximately $500 million in facility enhancements to support the larger vessel,
which will take several years to complete. The ship is projected to arrive in 2014.[87]
Blount Island Command is a Marine Corps Logistics Base whose mission is to support the
Maritime Prepositioning Force (MPF) which provides for rapid deployment of personnel to link
up with prepositioned equipment and supplies embarked aboard forward deployed Maritime
Prepositioning Ships (MPS).
USS Jacksonville, a nuclear powered Los Angeles class submarine, is the only US Navy ship
named for the city. The ship's nickname is The Bold One and Norfolk, Virginia is her home port.
The Florida Air National Guard is based at Jacksonville International Airport.
Coast Guard Sector Jacksonville is located on the St. Johns River next to Naval Station
Mayport. Sector Jacksonville controls operations from Kings Bay, GA south to Cape Canaveral,
FL. The CGC Kingfisher, CGC Maria Bray, and CGC Hammer are stationed at the Sector.
Station Mayport is co-located with Sector Jacksonville and includes 25-foot (7.6 m) Response
Boats, and 47-foot (14 m) Motor Life Boats.

Renegade Paintball Games will be competing for the customers' dollars with other recreation
and leisure establishments such as movie theaters, sports venues, theme parks, bowling
centers, night clubs, etc.
4. Competition and Buying Patterns
Renegade Paintball Games INK will not have any competition in the immediate area. The
nearest competition are all outdoor fields. The climate in Jacksonville is hot and at times very
humid and rainy, outdoor fields are not always desirable. We will easily compete with the local
outdoor fields because Renegade Paintball Games, INK will be completely climate controlled,
offering players the convenience of play during any season. Jared also has a great deal of
experience maintaining the fields. He realizes the importance of keeping the fields in shape.
More importantly, as an indoor field, he will draw customers from all areas. They will be drawn
during the hot summer and on rainy days.

7. Competition Information
Information gathered from direct competition web sites
WELCOME TO PAINTBALL ADVENTURES!
Located in Jacksonville, Florida
Our new location is a fantastic woodsball/scenario facility.
We have 6 wooded fields complete with two forts (one with towers), bunkers, trails, our 'hill' field and The
Eagles Nest.
We have numerous props and custom made devices that make the play unique to Paintball Adventures. After
25 years, we still are the innovators.
We continue to improve the fields so we can provide the best paintball experience.
We appreciate all of our loyal customers and players.
2010 was great, and 2011 is shaping up to be the best year yet.
We have rentals for 400 players... not cheesy hand-me-downs, but real, quality rentals that are competitive and
clean. Our woodsball rentals are Tippmann 98 customs, Tippmann A5's, Tippmann X7's, Smart Parts SP-1's, & BT
4's and the outstanding Bob Long M-Tac. Our speedball type rentals are DP Fusions, Smart Parts Ions, Vibes, &
Shockers, Bob Long Defiants, Intimidators, Vices & Marq's, Planet Eclipse Egos and Eteks, Dye PMR's, & M9's. Our
goggles are specially made by Dye to provide the best protection, comfort, and are anti-fog coated to lessen the
typical fogging problems on certain cold days.
No other field has the variety, quality, or depth of rentals.
Experience the difference professionally trained refs make.
Our refs are trained to provide safe, fair, and exciting games. Unlike the usual 'home team' refs at other fields, our
refs put the customer first in safety and enjoyment. Every player is directly instructed in safety requirements and
game rules. We exceed all safety standards and provide the safest playing environment anywhere. Safe and exciting
play is a hallmark at Paintball Adventures. Another word concerning safety; Paintball Adventures is fully insured with
specific paintball insurance. Few others can make this claim and prove it. Sure there are cheaper places to play
paintball, but remember: 'The oats are always cheaper once they've been through the horse!'
A brief note about our location.....In March (2009), we were blind sided by the stripping of the woods at our Kernan
location. Although we had a contract, we were not given any notice about the construction project. No big deal, we
pushed forward and began the search for a new field location. We moved to a new location and continued
uninterrupted operation of the field. The new property presented some unresolved issues and thus the search
19
continued. We had several options and decided to play at different locations to get valuable feedback from our great
customers. Unfortunately, our decision to include the feedback of the customers that played the various fields was
perceived by some to be confusing and prompted some pretty nasty (anonymous) emails. Therefore, we procured a
location (11850 Camden Road) as our play location. this is are permanent play location. We never closed during the
process and continue to provide the best paintball experience possible. Since then we have developed the field into a
first rate paintball facility. Call or email us for details and further information on our future plans. Thanks for being a
loyal Paintball Adventures customer.
Do we close for inclement weather?
No, Paintball Adventures is open Saturday and Sunday YEAR ROUND. The only time we stop play is if there are
lightning strikes on or near the park grounds. We will resume play as soon as the storm passes.

Located on Field #4, two multi-room, highly defendable forts with
outer defensive structures. Newest fort has two towers for that extra reach.
Field Two - Third World Prison - June 2010
Multiple buildings (with more to come). This is in the center of some dense wooded area...just like a real Third World
Prison. Just imagine, you're friends are being held by corrupt marxist rebels, it's up to you to open a big can of whoop
ass, save 'em, and get back from spring break all in one piece.
21
Sniper Trail Alpha - April 2010
This field is action packed and exciting... full of natural terrain and tactically placed bunkers. Sniper Trail Alpha
extends into Sniper Trail Whiskey.
Field One - June 2010
Field One is a densely wooded field with two starting bases and dozens
of bunkers. In the center of field one is a Tiki shrine.
Target & Chrono Range - OLD PHOTO
Chrono area and target range. Each target is measured and numbered...sighting in your marker is easy.
22
Eagle's Nest - June 2010
The eagle's nest is located on field #3. The 'Nest' is four feet deep and sixteen feet in diameter. Protected by lots of
natural cover, the nest is a popular attack and defend field. The Eagles Nest has been expanded and is now three
times it's original size.
