About the Symposium Student Symposium on MAnufacturing, THermal, Industrial Engineering, and Design (MATHIED-2k15) aims at providing a common platform for the students (UG/PG, and Researchers) of Mechanical, Production, Automobile and allied branches of engineering to exchange their ideas. The students shall present papers in their areas of work in the symposium. Expert lectures will be delivered by eminent personalities from reputed academic/industry/research organizations. Objectives of the symposium The 2- Day symposium has the following objectives: 1. To create awareness about recent advances in the areas of Mechanical, Production, Automobile and allied branches of engineering. 2. To encourage the participants to take up the new challenges in terms of research and advancements. Program Deliverables The outcome of the symposium includes: 1. Enhanced awareness about recent advances in the areas of Mechanical, Production, Automobile and allied branches of engineering. 2. Generation of creative/innovative ideas in the area of symposium and creation of a Human Resource inventory. Eligibility Any student (UG/PG/Research) of any branch of Engineering in the subject area of the Symposium is eligible to submit their original Research manuscripts. All the submitted papers to the symposium will be subjected to a review process and only the accepted papers are called for presentation in the Symposium. Call for the paper Original unpublished papers in the areas included under the symposium are invited. IEEE paper format shall be followed with a maximum length of not exceeding five A4 size pages. The soft copy of the full length paper has to be sent to the organizers through E-mail (mathiedubdtce@gmail.com). All correspondence shall be through E-mail only. Accommodation Arrangement of accommodation for the participants at nominal charges will be made based on prior request.
