Answer. Meaning of ergonomics: An applied science concerned with designing and arranging
things people use so that the people and things interact most efficiently and safely —called also
biotechnology, human engineering, human factors. A science that deals with designing and
arranging things so that people can use them easily and safely.
Ergonomics is the science of refining the design of products to optimize them for human use.
Human characteristics, such as height, weight, and proportions are considered, as well as
information about human hearing, sight, temperature preferences, and so on. Ergonomics is
sometimes known as human factors engineering.

Answer. Health insurance can be defined as insurance against the future medical expenditure of a
person. This means that when someone takes a health insurance plan he or she expects a certain
amount of medical expense to be there in future and that individual is paying for that in the
present in the form of premium. The main aim of a health insurance plan is to make sure that
people have enough money to take care of their emergency medical requirements when they get
old.
