Italian Studies Research topics: - Foreign and Comparative Literature: aims to provide a trans-disciplinary and transcultural outlook on the interpretation and analysis of literary texts pertaining to modern European and non-European literatures and cultures. - Linguistics, Translation and Interpretation: offers an interdisciplinary approach linking foreign languages, general linguistics and Italian linguistics with translation and interpretation in various languages (French, English, Russian, Serbian and Croatian, Spanish, German). - Italian Studies: aims to provide and enhance skills and competences within various avenues of research in the field of Italian Studies, including the history of Italian literature, literary theory; the history of the Italian language, Romance philology, comparative literature and the history of the book/document.
